'The Most Beautiful Woman in Town' w/ Bruce Jarchow & Mark Belden
Saturday Nov 16, 2013
Saturday Nov 16, 2013
Ranjit and Cody are joined by Bruce Jarchow (Second City, 'Ghost') and Mark Belden (Second City) to discuss the curmudgeonly genius of Charles Bukowski and his collection of short stories 'The Most Beautiful Woman in Town and Other Stories'. More specifically, we're talking about "The Most Beautiful Woman in Town", "Six Inches" (which made Cody VERY uncomfortable), "The Gut-Wringing Machine", and "The Beginner". Stick around after the closing song for a special Bukowski Bukowstreat (Cody apologizes for the pun).

The audio isn't our normal quality on this one, but it turned out a lot better than expected. ENJOY!

Monday Feb 25, 2013
Cody and Ranjit are pleased as Wendigo punch to have comedian Dave Stinton pop in to gab about 'The Wendigo' by Algernon Blackwood in what is, quite possibly, the silliest episode of the show to date. The book is available on Amazon Kindle and also on YouTube as a sort of visual audiobook thing.
